Dylan Schofield is an innovative, strategic, and insightful residential REALTOR, who also holds over two years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent.  His background encompasses compelling graphic design and social media content creation for top-tier sports agencies based out of New York and Los Angeles, strategic marketing and campaign oversight at a boutique ad agency serving clients all over the world, and innovation in technology at a VFX and AI firm serving Hollywood’s TV and Film sector, including work with Disney and Marvel.  Dylan’s diverse skill set ensures he offers unparalleled real estate services, blending expertise in design, marketing, technology and finance to provide insightful and innovative service.  Born and raised in North Bay, Ontario, he actively serves North Bay and surrounding areas with comprehensive and client-focused real estate guidance.
